Michael Krzywicki

Michael Krzywicki

Michael’s practice focuses on litigating complex commercial and regulatory matters, including real estate, probate, and securities cases. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. A graduate of Notre Dame Law School and recognized legal education instructor, his expert legal writing includes speeches before the U.S. Congress and Colombian Supreme Court in Bogatá, academic contributions on bank liability theory, and scholarship on statutory and constitutional interpretation.

Michael has served as pro bono counsel advocating for indigent clients in economic disputes and is a board director of a 501(c)(3) charity. His prior experience trading Chicago Board Options Exchange-listed derivatives, directing 1940 Act investment advisors, and managing a large in-house caseload speaks to the good appreciation he developed in business of what corporate clients want—the bottom line; and for what it is they are asking—measured time.
