Mr. Drake's trial practice focuses on professional malpractice matters, representing lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers, and insurance agents. Mr. Drake also practices in the areas of construction litigation, products liability, major personal injury, insurance coverage and commercial litigation disputes. Mr. Drake also maintains an appellate practice, and handles appeals in all of Florida's appellate courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a native Miamian and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and was graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1983. Mr. Drake is AV-rated, the highest peer review rating granted by Martindale-Hubbell for ethical standards and legal ability.
