Attended the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated with Honors in both the Litigation and Advanced Litigation Skills Programs. Since beginning his employment with DeMahy Labrador Drake Payne & Cabeza, Mr. Shaw has focused his practice on property and casualty defense, professional malpractice defense, premises liability defense, medical malpractice defense, commercial and business litigation, and general civil liability defense.

Mr. Shaw is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyer's Section, 2006-2008. Mr. Shaw is admitted to the Florida Bar and Federal District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and Dade County Bar Association.
