Mr. Victor's practice encompasses all aspects of the defense of property, casualty, personal injury insurance, catastrophic injuries and general civil litigation matters in state and federal court. This includes cases involving product liability, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith, wrongful death, motor vehicle, premises and commercial liability, negligent security, intentional torts, and property loss. Mr. Victor also handles internal corporate investigations both domestically and internationally. He is regularly retained to oversee litigation and to counsel clients with regard to a wide variety of legal issues as to litigated matters or potential litigation in both the civil and criminal fields. He has extensive trial experience.
Mr. Victor has served as National and Regional Supervising, Coordinating and Trial counsel in the fields of products liability, insurance and healthcare. He began his career as a Prosecutor for the Dade County State Attorney’s Office working under Janet Reno and is a former Division Chief and Major Crimes Prosecutor. He is an AV Preeminent rated attorney.
