FRANK L. LABRADOR serves as managing member of the firm, and maintains an active trial practice in the areas of complex litigation, premises and auto liability, and has extensive experience in all areas of products liability involving a litany of consumer and industrial products and issues of design, manufacturing and labeling defects, as well as insurance coverage disputes, including first and third party coverage. Mr. Labrador was born in Miami, Florida, and is a graduate of William Paterson University, and the University of Nebraska, and is rated AV Preeminent, which the highest peer-review rating for ethical standards and legal ability given by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Labrador has also been selected to be included in Florida's Best Lawyers and Florida's Top Attorneys.
Mr. Labrador has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Enma Tarafa Legal Excellence Award given by Florida International University's Hispanic Law Students Association (HLSA) to South Florida's Hispanic legal professional who has demonstrated strong dedication to legal education and law student success. Mr. Labrador was selected for his involvement in the HNBA-HLSA Mentorship Program, support of law students through significant non-profit donation and substantial contribution to FIU's College of Law. Mr. Labrador also serves on the Advisory Board of St. Thomas University School of Law.
