Doron Weiss began his legal career serving as a staff attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and has been a practicing attorney in Miami for over 15 years. Mr. Weiss has an active civil trial practice defending complex tort, commercial, and insurance-related matters, including personal injury products liability, and professional liability matters.
Mr. Weiss is well-versed in all facets of the litigation process, and is experienced in pre-suit investigation, civil procedure, trial practice and post-judgment enforcement. Mr. Weiss is a member of the Florida Bar, admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
Originally from Nebraska, Mr. Weiss obtained his undergraduate from the University of Iowa, and attended law school at the University of Florida. While in law school, Mr. Weiss earned honors in Appellate Advocacy, received the Book Award for Race and Race Relations, and served as the managing editor and notes editor of the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy.
