After graduating from Clemson University in South Carolina, Mr. Schuster attended Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan. After earning his law degree from Michigan State, magna cum laude, in 1999, Mr. Schuster took the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to the State Bar in May 2000. Since that time, Mr. Schuster has practiced exclusively in Florida handling a wide array of general civil litigation. Mr. Schuster's practice primarily focuses on telecommunication litigation, including property damage claims and contract disputes, but his experience includes commercial litigation, personal injury, landlord/tenant disputes and condominium and homeowner's association law.
