Mr. Tomlin is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits. Mr. Tomlin has a diverse legal training and experience in dealing with complex litigation, including nursing home abuse and neglect; professional liability; medical malpractice defense; and products liability defense.
