Michael R. Ragan

Mr. Ragan is a partner with DeMahy Labrador Drake Payne & Cabeza. He represents healthcare practitioners, allied healthcare professionals, hospitals, and attorneys in civil and administrative actions. He received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA; his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C.; and his LL M, with concentration in health law, from Loyola University College of Law in Chicago, IL. He served as Senior Vice President at Employers Reinsurance Corporation and Vice President of CNA Insurance Companies (HealthPro). Mr. Ragan has been appointed to the Governor's Task Force concerning medical quality assurance and the Florida Department of Health Committee on Patient Safety, and has remained an active member in various Florida Bar and medical/dental associations.
