Kenneth R. Drake
Maintains an active trial and appellate practice. Mr. Drake's trial practice focuses on professional malpractice matters, representing lawyers, accountants and engineers. Mr. Drake also practices in the areas of products liability, major personal injury, insurance coverage and commercial litigation disputes. Mr. Drake is a member of the Appellate Practice and Advocacy Section of The Florida Bar, and handles the firm's appellate practice in all of Florida's appellate courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Drake is a native Miamian and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and was graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1983.
