Associates: The firm employs associates with varying levels of experience, all of which are billed at lower rates. The firm does not differentiate in rates based on the associate's level of experience.

Paralegals: The firm employs numerous certified paralegals on a full-time basis, all of which are billed at lower rates. The use of paralegals helps control the cost to the client since they can complete many tasks at significantly reduced rates. The firm also employs numerous second and third-year law clerks from various law schools that assist with legal research projects assigned by a supervising attorney.
